What is Thriving Workplace Сertification?
The Thriving Workplace certification is awarded to companies that provide the best experience for their employees and recognise their achievements. This certification is evaluated using a survey created by New Possible.
The results of this study give an in-depth look at seven aspects of work, including satisfaction, wellbeing, work-life balance, relationships, culture, purpose, and engagement.
The criteria that must be met in order to be recognised as a Thriving Workplace are quite demanding. In order to guarantee the study’s reliability, each aspect is investigated with up to 29 questions.
To become qualified, you need a score of at least 70% in each of the 7 categories, with an overall average of at least 75% or higher. At least fifty percent of the employees at the business have to participate.
