To be eligible, simply complete the online referral form and include your name, the name of the person you are referring to, and their contact details. Once we have received the referral, we will be in touch to discuss the next steps. In the event that two people refer the same person, the referee who completed the referral first will be the one eligible for the bonus amount. Please note, the referred candidate has to have worked in the company for at least 8 weeks as they need to successfully pass their training period.
