We are looking for an energetic Presales Consultant to provide sales support to our growing team. As a Presales Consultant, you will work closely with our Principal Recruiter to create a sales pipeline, covering the local Georgian and International perspective clients.

Your primary objective in this role is help new clients become aware of the full advantages of our service offering and how we can address the customers hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
  • Developing recruitment sales pipeline & offering hiring solutions to clients
  • Organising, planning, creating & delivering compelling presentations & demonstrations
  • Determining the audience, method, and reach of the sales and hiring process
  • Following up on note-worthy informal and networking referrals
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
  • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s
  • Working with online tools & solutions (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to engage prospects
  • Create and manage databases using client relationship management tools
