About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Specialist, located in Tbilisi but who will collaborate with the HR Director in Spain and be responsible for managing and developing various tasks to achieve the objectives of the Human Resources Department in Georgia. You will play a crucial role in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and People Services and Labour Relations. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, strategies, and procedures in Georgia, while ensuring the successful implementation of corporate processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop different tasks in order to fulfill the objectives of the Human Resources Department in Georgia including implementing corporate processes in Georgia
  • Reporting will be to the HR Director in Spain around functions of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and People Services and Labour Relations
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies, strategies, and procedures in Georgia
  • Assess and promote the employees growth in the company, nationally and internationally
  • It is preferable that you have used Success Factors (SAP), but other HR tools are okay as well

Skills and experience:

  • You are fluent in English and Georgian
  • You have between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Having a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Management, Psychology, Labor relations, or similar is a plus
  • You have knowledge in different areas of HR including Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, Labour Relations, Training and Development and Performance Management
  • You are a proactive and empathetic person, with a clear orientation to people and results
  • You have good communication skills, and are used to working in large companies while collaborating with different departments
  • You have the ability to travel
