Recruiters are responsible for finding, screening, and attracting applicants for open positions. They play an important role in connecting job seekers with potential employers. They also help people prepare for interviews, assist with resumes, cover letters, manage salary negotiation and many more. Recruiters typically use a variety of sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates, including job boards, professional networks, and social media.

As an intern at GrowMore Recruitment you will be responsible for:
- Finding CVs from a variety of sources
- Screening CVs and interviewing candidates
- Creating and posting ads for vacancies
- Learning how to negotiate salaries and processing legal contracts
- Helping recruiters with day to day tasks
To apply you should have:
- The ability to work within a team and coordinate various activities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good level of English
- Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite
- Effective time management skills
During your paid internship, you will be working closely with our team of professional recruiters to help find and screen candidates for open positions. This will include advertising job openings, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates and working with hiring managers to find the right fit.
