Overview:
As a Recruitment Manager, you will oversee the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes, working closely with recruiters to meet the staffing objectives of hiring managers. This role involves leading all Talent Acquisition functions, including candidate management, interview coordination, and pre-onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage an onsite team of recruiters, ensuring effective coordination and achievement of recruitment goals.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Execute the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to interviewing and extending employment offers to successful candidates.
- Advisory Role: Advise the leadership team on recruiting strategies, interviewing techniques, and enhancing the employer brand.
- Requirement Establishment: Determine recruiting and applicant requirements based on manager needs, organizational objectives, and job descriptions.
- Applicant Attraction: Post job vacancies on top-performing recruitment channels, source applicants from social media and databases, and participate in career fairs to attract top talent.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Training teams to ensure all background screening processes are completed.
- Innovation: Research and implement new sourcing methods to stay ahead in the competitive recruitment landscape.
- Compliance: Understand and adhere to local laws to avoid legal challenges and ensure compliance.
- System Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience leading recruitment teams and working as an in-house recruiter, headhunter, or in a recruitment agency. IT recruitment experience is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with MS Office tools, excellent multitasking and organizational skills, and proficiency in both written and oral English.
- Networking: Natural networking skills and an interest in meeting new people.
- Adaptability: Flexible thinking, good working memory, and time management skills.
- Project Management: Strong project management and prioritization skills.
