You will join our global IT Support team and work out of our Tbilisi office. You will support our users on-site and remotely in other offices to make effective and efficient use of IT tools. As a self-starter you are much more than just a helpdesk agent: You have the opportunity to work very independently in your realm.

Responsibilities:

  • Recording, prioritizing, and classifying requests from our users worldwide
  • Analysis and resolution of incidents by using the available tools or by developing solutions with our central IT
  • Granting access authorizations, installing hard- and software
  • Contact point for internal clients, ensuring proper communication and advising end users as appropriate
  • Local on-site end-user and meeting room support as well as supporting of other users in our offices worldwide as assigned
  • 2nd Level Support for Microsoft SharePoint and Teams. Maintain and review access rights, troubleshoot user issues and take part in projects related to SharePoint and Teams
  • Active role and contribution in the continuous improvement of internal processes
  • If suitable, further tasks in related areas and projects are possible.

Requirements:​

  • Completed education in IT or several years of experience in a comparable environment
  • Experience in using (Azure) Active Directory
  • Very good knowledge in administrating and user support for SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Experience in end-user support in a process-oriented environment (based on ITIL Framework)
  • Proactive, independent, and service-oriented attitude as well as advanced communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and flair for dealing with a multicultural clientele
  • Very good oral and written English skills
  • Interest in and enthusiasm for impact investment.
